ÌÇÐĹÙÍø received notification from FWC that the lodged ÌÇÐĹÙÍø audited Financial Statements for the Year Ended 30 June 2023 have been reviewed and “the financial reporting timelines required under sections 253, 265, 266 and 268 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (RO Act) have been satisfied, all documents required under section 268 of the RO Act were lodged and that various disclosure requirements under the Australian Accounting Standards, RO Act and reporting guidelines have been complied with.”Â
