The ÌÇÐĹÙÍø has made a submission to Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s review of spectrum – the essential ingredient for radio communications. We did so: Without broadband spectrum it is not possible for Australia’s public safety agencies to have inter-operable, dedicated mobile broadband communications for their day-to-day and life-saving national security, disaster and emergency operations.
